Two little ferries. Everyone home.
Getting the quay ready…
Shuffling the queues and checking every route…
Three of one colour, or three of one number. Then off they go.
Crossing —
One passenger keeps both possibilities open; the second commits the ferry. Count what each group still needs, and watch what each queue end is hiding.
Every crossing has a route that gets everyone home, but a boarding can close it. Undo is free and unlimited. A hint shows a boarding that keeps a route open, or how far to rewind if none is left. No timer, no penalties.
Each crossing is rated by simulating a steady player who always sends a full ferry, pairs passengers whose third is in sight, and never walks into a dead end they could see two boardings ahead. Easy crossings forgive most natural choices. Hard ones turn natural choices into traps. Every difficulty is checked to have a route home.
Keyboard: Tab or arrows to choose a queue end, then A/1 or B/2 for a ferry. U undo, Y redo, H hint, Esc clear.
